Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch, not when you place the order. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may decline the order and will refund you in full.

Product photography is representative. Leather is a natural material and grain, and slight variation in colour between hides is normal and not a fault.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at 20% where applicable. Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom are zero-rated for UK VAT; import charges in the destination country are your responsibility.

Any other currency shown on the site is an indicative conversion for your convenience. Your card is charged in pounds sterling, and your bank sets the rate it uses.

Protective equipment

Garments described as CE-rated meet the standard stated on the product page. Protective equipment reduces the risk of injury; it does not remove it. Replace any armoured garment after an impact, and follow the care instructions supplied with it.

Liability and law

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit or other indirect loss.

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
