United Kingdom: £6.99, free over £150.00. Europe: £14.99, free over £300.00. Rest of world: £29.99, free over £600.00. Rates are per order, not per item.

UK orders over £150.00 ship free. The exact charge for your destination is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and transit

In-stock items are dispatched within 2 working days. UK delivery is typically 2 to 4 working days from dispatch, Europe 5 to 8 and the rest of the world 7 to 14. These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees.

We will email you when your order is dispatched. Once a tracking number is available it appears on your order page.

Customs and import charges

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom leave with UK VAT removed. Import duty, local sales tax and any customs handling fee are charged by the destination country and are payable by you on delivery. We cannot calculate or collect these in advance, and they are not included in the price you pay us.

Refusing a delivery to avoid import charges does not entitle you to a refund of the outbound shipping.

Addresses

We can only ship to the address you give at checkout, and it cannot be changed once an order is dispatched. International couriers require a contact telephone number, and addresses in the United States, Canada and Australia require a state or province.
